Turquoise Antique Glass Bauble

A small selection of these stunning antique hand blown baubles were unearthed in a barn in Lincolnshire, making each turquoise antique glass bauble superbly exclusive to our Wildmore store.

These delightful baubles are crafted from hand blown glass in bold turquoise tones. Each hand blown glass bauble is completely unique. The glass shimmers beautifully under a string of lights.

We have bound each bauble with antique deadstock French viscose ribbon to maintain their antique character. Bring a touch of wonder to your Christmas tree and add this decoration to your collection of pieces to treasure for life. Glass of this kind is difficult to date. However, the small areas of iridescence on some of the baubles implies they could be circa 1950.

Patterns and colour will vary from bauble to bauble but we ensure that each one is exquisite in its’ own way. The photographs in this listing are of only one or two baubles from the collection, displaying how unique the pattern looks from every angle. Our Tiered Antique Glass Baubles were also uncovered in the same barn.

We have worked in collaboration with a local artisan to create our baubles. Jess Goulty has honed the art of water marbling in her rural Lincolnshire studio. After seeing her work we fell in love with her use of colour and pattern. Every bauble is hand dipped using the ancient craft of marbling. Thus, making them the perfect one off gift. This decoration is the perfect addition to your collection of pieces to treasure for life. So bring a touch of wonder to your Christmas tree. Our baubles come in six striking colours.

The patterns and colours of each bauble will vary but each one is exquisite in its’ own way. Each ceramic bauble is then varnished and finished with a pearl satin ribbon. Boxed separately. Our Medium Baubles have a diameter of 6cm. Our Medium Glacier Marbled Bauble is available in size Large.
