We ship from the United Kingdom

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Please note that some of our products are made-to-order. Please read the item description carefully to get an idea of dispatch times.

We kindly ask that you supply a contact number and email for delivery updates from the shipping provider.

We will notify you once your order has been dispatched and delivery updates will be provided by our shipping provider, DHL.

Delivery shall be deemed to be complete as soon as:

1. The products are delivered to the Shipping Address supplied at checkout; or
2. The products are collected either in person by the customer or by a carrier organised by the customer.

The customer will be responsible for the products as soon as delivery is deemed as complete.

We have tried to be as accurate as possible with our Shipping Fees. This is easier with some of our product categories than others. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Our Wallpapers are printed to order so are shipped separately from our other products. If you are ordering our wallpaper as well as other products from our studio, please note that this will be reflected in the shipping costs.

Dispatch

We aim to get your order out to you as soon as we can. Dispatch times may vary based on circumstances outside of our control. We always aim to communicate the date of dispatch with you as soon as possible.

All items (excluding wallpaper) are shipped together. Therefore, if you are ordering products that are made to order (MTO) alongside in stock items, we will ship them together once your MTO item is ready for dispatch. We appreciate your patience as many of our wonderful products are hand crafted here in Lincolnshire. If you would like to discuss a different option, please get in touch before placing your order.

Average dispatch times:

Made to order items: 10-14 working days

In stock items: 2-4 working days

UK Shipping

Once an order is dispatched, our shipping provider, DHL, will provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Delivery Dates may be effected by circumstances out of our control.

UK Local Pick Up / Collection 

We offer Free Local Collection for those who would like to come and collect their order from the Wildmore Studio. This option is available at checkout of UK customers only. Customers can come in person or organise their own carrier.

Some of our products are made to order. This can take 10-18 working days for collection. Please consider this when organising Local Collection.
